3D When using a capsule collison shape my mesh goes underground but using a box shape collision works fine

3D ISSUE - When I am using the box shape it looks good but I prefer to use the capsule shape but when I try to use it, it goes underground partially, I dont understand why it happens only on the capsule but when I try to use a box shape it works fine, how can I fix this, umm unique issue is it a mesh issue or the engine?

Thanks that did the trick, thought I am still kinda stumped at why the capsule mesh doesnt collide correctly with the mesh but the extra box shape helped improve the movement system!
