[4.x C# Linux] Cannot compile the project, stuck at "Copying Godot offline packages" step

For some reason after updating packages my C# projects no longer compile. It might be more of a general issue with dotnet-sdk since nothing related to it works (installing tools, for example), but search results return nothing of value and I’m not sure where to start and how to diagnose where the issue might be coming from.

Compilation progress is permanently stuck at 0%, last printed message was taken from the terminal after running “godot-mono --build-solutions”. Keep in mind that I had no problems compiling the project before

OS: Arch Linux
Godot version: 4.0.2 (same on 4.0.1)
Dotnet SDK version: 7.0.3.sdk103-1

I did not check the .NET version it was trying to compile with. In .csproj file, it uses .NET 6.0, which I must’ve uninstalled at some point. Apologies for panicking and asking stupid questions
