How do I do such a thing?

Is it just by Modeling one by one? Do you think there is another way? .
For example, if I do something like this in “Blender” and transfer it to “Godot”.

that’s fine, just give more details in the question, i upvoted your question hopefully you get what you want.

are you thinking about procedurally generating it? this is a fairly complex topic… blender has geometry nodes, but godot doesn’t have that kinda thing.

simplest way is to just increase it’s scale… but that’ll make it grow in size, but no in details…
if you want to have leaves and branches, you could build a tree with bones in blender and import it into godot, and then have branch bones start at a scale of 0 and grow over time… you could use the animationPlayer for this…

But really, modelling it in blender or another app is probably the easiest way to do this.

Thank you so much. I guess that’s the best possible option.
