Any Idea for placement walls for lvl builds like in RTS?

Good Day!
Need an idea for implementing something like a tile map, so that it would be easier to build some walls on the levels. Otherwise, to the eye, putting them looks like bad pratcice

Let’s say, so that it looks like building a wall in some RTS

Maybe Using GridMaps — Godot Engine (stable) documentation in English ?
