Asset keeping and placement

Question

Good part of the day. I have created a 3d models for my game and started to import and place them. For example, room blend file contains a furniture, wall and etc stuff. When I import them as a glb file, it becomes as one single scene in godot. After inheritance there are every individual meshes. I am really confused about asset keeping and placement, does that mean I should createa a individual scene for my every asset, so that I can control every mesh(like pens, bed etc)? If yes, so every assets will have a glb and tscn, wouldnt it make a game heavy and inaccurate placement in scene? I would be grateful for you advice about these asset keepin and placement in scene

PS. Online I saw that this is a like drag and drop so u have a mesh you just place it on scene. But I think this is not?
