Background transparency does not work in compatibility mode.

I use the SubViewport to render weapons and overlay it on the overall context of the scene. However, when using compatibility mode, there are problems with background transparency, which leads to the fact that only the image of the weapon is visible, without the surrounding context. Are there any known methods to solve this problem?

I’ve a somewhat similar issue? The transparency in my game has gone black. But I think it is not Godot’s fault, maybe? I tested installing an older NVIDIA driver and it worked again. It seems that is something to do with the newer ones. Older exported versions of the game also suffer from this problem.

Don’t know if I should test further or is a known issue.
