Camera jumps sideways when switching after cinematic pan

Question

I’m using a Camera2D for a cinematic pan or stage preview. After the pan, I tween the cinematic camera down to the player’s position (tho i already removed it since i still get the same problem), then switch to a main gameplay camera.

Even though both cameras have the same zoom, smoothing, and aren’t parented to the player, I still get a noticeable sideways “snap” or jitter when the camera transitions to the player’s position, even when reusing the cinematic camera as the main camera.

What could be causing this? Is there something about how Camera2D updates position or smoothing that could be conflicting?

Did you try disabling the smoothing in the main camera? You can enable it again after making it current.

thank you, i disabled the Smoothed on both camera and now it works perfectly!
