Can I display the viewport and UI centered around 0,0 inside the editor?

I like having my (non-scrolling) games centered around an origin position of 0,0. In Godot, it seems when working with CanvasLayers, the UI is always shown with 0,0 in the top left. This makes it hard to position it correctly over the game. Here’s a screenshot:

There’s a Camera2D in there looking at 0,0 and a CanvasLayer with some children.
When running the game, it looks exactly how it should, I’d just like for the UI to be displayed in that position in the editor too. So, the goal is to have the UI displayed relative to the camera viewport, and not to the “global viewport”.
Any setting I can change to achieve this?
