Collision offset relative to textures

Why are whole my collisions in scene in game offset relative to the texture? I checked the positions of all objects, there seem to be no displacements anywhere.
collision in item scene, items instance in map scene, map in playground scene. Offset by 10x10.
Objects that are added either manually or through a script have an offset

Show your code! If you are modifying the offset of base_item that will affect all children. You have to change the offset only on the sprite. If it’s something else I can’t tell from the information you gave.

OMG, I just changed the cursor texture to a curved texture. Always check your cursor textures!
