Communicating with Apple Watch on iOS Godot gam

I’m developing an interactive well-being software using Godot, and would like to get the user’s heart rate in real-timeish.

From what I’ve found online, getting the actual heartbeat isn’t an issue, however I have no idea if it would be possible to send this data to Godot to make things happen inside the game itself.

Has anyone with more Godot and iOS development experience know if this is doable?
