### Question

I am making a simple 3d portal mechanic in godot. I want to draw 3d paths that have the following property: from any angle, the apparent intersection (where the paths overlap, but not necessarily intersect) of the curves can be easily and quickly computed to a reasonable accuracy. Obviously lines and line segments are such curves, but is there another family of curves that behave this way?
