Creating files for saves

i am implementing a save system into my game and while it works you need to set up a file with the same name on the computer for it to run. I was wondering if there is a way to make a file on someone’s computer when you save that can be used as a save file.

	var file = FileAccess.open("user://Data.dat", FileAccess.WRITE)
	file.store_string(str(data))
	file.close()

func load_data():
	if !FileAccess.file_exists("user://OceanLifeData.dat"):
		save_file(default_data)
	else:
		var file = FileAccess.open("user://OceanLifeData.dat", FileAccess.READ)
		data = JSON.parse_string(file.get_as_text())
		file.close()
