Debugging C# not working with Godot4

Hi, I’m using Godot4 and C# to create games on M1 Mac. Godot version is v4.0.stable.mono.official [92bee43ad]. .NET SDK version is 7.0.201. The debugging for GDScript is fine, but it’s not working for C# scripts neither in Godot nor VS Code. I tried to set breakpoints both in C# script and GDScript script, the debugger can stop at the GDScript breakpoint but skip the C# breakpoint.

I tried Rider IDE. It’s working in debugging C#.

I set up VSCode followed the official document. Maybe there is something missed?
