I’m new to this Godot thing so sorry if this question is too nooby or was already answered.

Anyways I was following the official Godot tutorial on the Godot Docs website and so far am at the “Scenes and nodes” chapter. I was at the part where I have to set my “Hello.tscn” file as the main scene by doing the following:

  1. Project → Project settings
  2. Locate Application/Run/Main property
  3. Click on the property to select “Hello.tscn”

I got stuck at #1 because when I click on “Projects” I have to double-click “Project settings” and then when the project settings GUI pops up I put my mouse near it and it disappears. Why is that? Is it just me?

Not just you, because I’m having the same problem. Did you ever solve it?

I have to double-click “Project settings”

That shouldn’t be necessary. One click is enough. if I double-click the entry, the settings window will open and instantly close again. Maybe that’s your problem?

If not, it might be a bug. In that case, head over to the issue tracker and report it.
