Do Asset Store support FUNDING.yml?

I’m building an asset with the MIT-licence and I have noticed GitHub is supporting funding in a FUNDING.yml file.

https://docs.github.com/en/repositories/managing-your-repositorys-settings-and-features/customizing-your-repository/displaying-a-sponsor-button-in-your-repository

So if I build my asset for Github MIT licence so people can do whatever with the code and have a FUNDING.yaml like buymeacoffee.com link in it. Do I need to submit a version without it in order for it to pass?

You should be fine, there’s a feature in the asset store that allows you to link funding sources directly from the store page (Disco Tools - Godot Asset Store). Not sure if there’s any specific FUNDING.yml support built in; I don’t think they’ll stop you from uploading one though.
