Does godot have built physical movement system for moving around sphere?

I haven’t tried godot yet that’s why I’m asking.

I have been using unity 3d.
Did everything to smoothly go around planet.

Problem occured with character controller.
It doesn’t understand when he is upside down.

With rigid body it works well but android controls don’t.

What was left was me to move transform.position by my self. But I need to rewrite full physics for collision detection.

So my question is can godot do this and how.

On area2d node can override the Godot global gravity so you can use that.

You can use a point gravity point, but that’s not necessarily solve the whole situation, this will require your own code for the movement and logic, there’s nothing built-in for this special case
