Doubt with node _process frecuency compared to child

I have notice that in a scene like

 Parent scene
 |_ Child scenne

the _process cycle is like

Parent
Parent
Child

Parent
Parent
Child

Is it correct? It feels a bit odd that parent executes its logics twice the child.

What Godot version you’re using? This is not the correct behavior

4.2.2 but, no surprises, it was my bad. Wrongly managed recursion. It was driving me crazy.
