I’ve tried multiple times to change my email but, even though it appears changed after the verification, if I sign out and clear cookies and sign back in it’s back to the old one.

It’s not actually a bug, I believe you need to change your email at a different URL, where your OpenID Connect account information lives. I messaged the moderators a long while ago regarding this exact issue and they gave me a URL where I could properly change my email, but I cannot find that message anymore.
If any mod happens to be reading this, can we please get access to that URL?
