Error when exporting project using PCK encryption

Hi all,
I’ve been following these instructions:

I’ve managed to compile a custom template for Web export using my encryption key- both release and debug templates. I have set that template in the ‘release’ and ‘debug’ section of the custom template options. I have also set that encryption key int he ‘encryption’ section while exporting. However, when deploying to the web, the game itself never fully loads- the loading bar gets stuck about 3/4 through. Can someone tell me if i have not properly followed all steps? Thanks!
