"File not Found" errors in plugin

Question

I recently downloaded the SmartShape2D plugin to Godot 4.3, but whenever I try to load it, I get a slew of errors including:

Attempt to open script ‘res://addons/rmsmartshape/scenes/SnapPopup.gd’ resulted in error ‘File not found’.

It says this, despite the fact that the file IS there. And when I restart Godot and try to enable the plugin, it still doesn’t work. Anyone know how to help?

I just downloaded, installed, and enabled that plugin with no errors.
(I did not try to use it however)
I added it via the menu command in the editor.
I recommend deleting the addon and trying it again.
