godot 4.4.1 crashes when using an external editor

Question

When I write gdscript in vs code, the game often crashes when I return to godot to run it.
When godot crashes and automatically closes, a .tscn.temp file will be generated at the same time.
I am using Godot 4.4.1 with C# support version from the spine official website, and the computer system is windows10.
