Godot is constantly getting confused about file cases

Every few times I open Godot, it resets some file cache it has somewhere. I went through and renamed a bunch of files to be lowercase some time ago, and ever since then, it resets to the old filename it has somewhere every so often and then complains about a case mismatch. It also seems to be renaming files to old cases, occasionally breaking something. Like gui.tscn will go back to being GUI.tscn suddenly. Is there somewhere I can clear out every single possible cache and force a clean rebuild so this stops happening?

You are using a dev build. Try reproducing the issue in a new project. Try also reproducing the issue in a stable build. Open an issue here Issues · godotengine/godot · GitHub with as much information as possible.
