Godot windows keep resizing and moving (engine/editor, not in game)

Like the title states, when I move the cursor around the engine, parts like the inspector or console will randomly enlarge very slightly, but enough for the entire window to have to resize or adjust itself slightly. Sometimes the window seems to shorten and black bars appear at the bottom.

As I work in the engine, it is constantly jittering around, even when I am not moving the mouse. I am new to Godot, so if anyone has a fix that would be great. It is not a serious issue, just an annoying one.

I also have this issue. I have a 16:10 screen aspect ratio if that matters.
