Godot's interface keeps moving.

Godot 4.3

When navigating between panels in Godot’s interface, various parts of Godot’s interface move, up or down by a pixel or two. It’s distracting and annoying and I want to know how to stop it. The same issue occurs with other programs that use the same paneling system, like Blender.

If the cause is a graphical setting on my computer I’ve not been able to find it. If anyone knows a solution, I would like to hear it.
