Grabbing a variable in another node with a raycast?

I have two independent nodes and I’m trying to get one node to be able to “see/get” what variable(s) the other one has via raycast collision.

OK I figured it out (after looking around for a few more hours). Turned out that I just needed to add “.myVariable” at the end of “get_collider()”.
