I am looking for how to make a third person movment controller simuler to the old Harry Potter games for pc but I am not sure how to start I am not the best at coding more of an artist so what i would like some ideas

Yes the semi tank type controll
Seems like it’s a normal regular tps controller but with a bit of root motion and floaty animations.you can use a simple tps controller from any cool tutorial and use root motion to achieve that movement style.

It comes with a number of switchable camera views, including a 3rd person controller just like that.
Alternately, just look up a tutorial on using a SpringArm3D and it’ll get you most of the way there.
