Hello everyone!
I have been working full time on a game for a bit over a year, and I will release it on Steam in the coming months.
I’ve had experience in game jams before but this was the first time I worked on a project this much and for this long - and I kinda wish I could keep polish it up for a while but I have to set a goalpost.
I started by trying to make “”“Spelunky but it’s a FPS”“” and ended somewhere else, but at least it’s still a roguelike

Congratulations on finishing such a big project, right up to a Steam launch! “Spelunky but FPS” is a great goal but it looks like you’ve found a thing of your own. I like the unnerving aura you’ve created, and obviously the promise of a “temple full of secrets” - maybe you kept a little piece of Spelunky in there after all!

I think I will write a retrospective/postmortem after I cross the finish line, but for now I will keep my focus finishing this.
