How can I run my Godot application on a Meta/Oculus Quest without starting it from Godot?

I have created a simple VR application in Godot and I can use the android icon to install and run the app on a Meta Quest.

I need to give this application to a coworker who does not have Godot.

Is there a way to invoke the application without pushing it from Godot? Ideally it would appear in the Application Library alongside First Steps and Beat Saber Demo.

As of 2023-Jan it is possible to pull up the App Library and change the filter in the top right from All to Unknown Sources.

This will present a primitive list of sideloaded apps to click on to select the godot app.

It does not have any icon associated with it, so there might be room for improvement (assuming Oculus supports prettier app listings for sideloaded apps).
