How do I pick up an item and attachment to my bone attachment in GDScript?? 3D

I see alot of videos on how to have the weapon / item attached to your hand or something but coming from UE4 , im used to creating a socket (which i did , i created a bone attachment) and then when I interact with my item, it’ll attach to the specified component but I cant find anything in the api on how to attach to a node in here

figured this out, you have to add child to it. My code :

func set_PickUpItem():
	root.remove_child(Weapon)
	player.get_node("Skeleton/R_Hand").add_child(Weapon)
