how to add navigation to enemys

Im trying to make an up down shooter game I want the enemy to follow the player
and avoid colliding with the tilemap walls . I watched youtube but most of them are outdated . Both my player and enemy are characterbody2d .I dont which navigation node to use and I need help.
Any help is appreciated thank you.
Version Gadot 4.0
