How to isolate the interior and exterior scenes?Scene switching

Hello everyone, may I ask if there is a way for me to switch to a scene under the scene tree, where the previous scene was running normally and the two were isolated, instead of deleting the previous one (such as when a player enters the cabin scene and the forest scene is still running, which does not affect the cabin scene)? I tried using two canvases and different layers, and it seems that UI operations are influenced by the canvas, but those collisions will penetrate the canvas layers. So I will still be bumped by wild boars in the forest scene inside the cabin.

In 2d, you should use PhysicsServer2D to manage physics bodies manually and put their to different space when you want to make multiworld.
But in 3d, it dont have that problem.
