How to load a heightmap with Terrain3D?

Hello, I installed the Terrain3D plugin and now I would like to use it to load a 16bits heightmap I made. I’ve attached one example. As a first step, the heightmap will also work as basemap. Which steps should I follow, after adding the Terrain3D node? Thank you.

The attached heightmap is 100*100.
