Hi,
proxys are usally handelt by the OS and if its a transparent proxy the OS would’nt even notice.
(But dont mix up proxys with firewalls)

So, yes you can.

thanks for answer, but how can you give me any clue? for example I have proxy on local network based on 192.168.0.100:3234 how to send request through this proxy?

Usually the OS redirects the request.

I dont think you are telling your browser to use a specific port … it sends its request to port 80 (http). the OS remaps this to the proxy on port 3234 and sends the answer back to your browser as it was received through port 80.

But i dont know your network setup … im guessing
