Question
There is a scroll bar on the tooltip, but when I try to click on it the tooltip dissapears.
Just scroll down while hovering over it, you did not need to click it.
How exactly? 
Is it works? Just move the cursor over tooltip and scroll down.
The tooltip disappears when I move my pointer
Oh I misread the topic. So you are talking about the scroll bar in tooltip? I never used it, I just scrolled down with my mouse only (middle button). That`s what I am telling to do.

I just want to say, move the cursor over it and scroll down by mouse (middle button), if it not works then maybe I am wrong somewhere.
