How to stop dragging till the outside of the picture

I was trying to make a drag-able background, but when I export the game, when the background has reached an end, it is still dragable till the picture is gone, what I want to do is to stop reaching the blank background. The background is not a parallax one that follows but a drag-able ones where you can zoom out and in, and you can click on certain things

it’s for puzzle games somehow if you can get the idea

You mean like, the picture will not get dragged when it reached the edge of the screen?
It sounds like a scroll container will be able to do that
