How to toggle translate/rotate/scale with a button?

My Godot suddenly stopped having this feature and I don’t know how to turn it back on.
Like Blender, if you press the translate button in the viewport (G for example), it toggles the movement and you control it by moving the mouse and setting it with mouse1.
Right now my Godot I have to press the button and then hold mouse1 to translate and release to set it, I hate having to do this because it gets very tiring.

I’d really appreciate some guidance on how to change this.
