How would I achieve Y-Shearing?

I’m making an open-world Doom-style game and I’m wondering how would you achieve y-shearing in order to look up and down? Is it possible?

Note: Still in the planning stage so I didn’t start developing the game yet. Just thinking in advance.

Okay looking back, the easiest answer for that was just to use a regular camera look system.
