I can't import shape keys and I don't know what I do wrong

Hi! I tried to import shape keys every possible way - I used three different formats (FBX, OBJ, glb), I followed many tutorials step by step but those shape keys are just not showing up in the inspector and I have no idea what to do. In every tutorial shape keys are just visible in the inspector after importing and I don’t have that. I will apreaciate greatly all the help!

What are you exporting from?

Blender will not export shape keys if it is applying modifiers.

Tutorial didn’t help too much unfortunetly

No matter what I do there is still no shape key handle visible

OBJ doesn’t support shape keys, what are your exporting settings?

The default settings work for me with GLTF, I’d be surprised if “Custom Properties” is disabling it. Can you show a GLTF mesh inspector in Godot?

Shure! but i don’t think it’s a blender issue since I tried it few time in new blend files :>

Works for me! Blender 4.2.1 & Godot 4.3 Exported as GLTF, default export profile.

I notice you sent an image of the import settings rather than the actual scene, maybe you were looking in the wrong place?

I bluntly put your .blend file in the project folder. No additional settings, everything is default. The result:

  • Godot 4.3
  • Blender 4.3
