First of all… Congrats on making a game!

I took a look at your page, and I do not see any screenshots (other than a pink square). No video, no cover page, no screenshots. To be honest, I would be very leery of downloading and installing this.

Should I add gameplay videos except for the banner at the top? I thought viruses are impossible in Godot

What made you think that? No software is and never will be safe from being abused. Always be cautious when interacting with people on the Internet, especially when it comes to downloading stuff.

Yes, this is a simple and effective way to make people interested in your game. Consider also making posts on Reddit, YouTube, TikTok, Bluesky, Twitter, etc. Godot Forum consists mostly of other game devs, who might not necessarily be the ideal target audience for your game.
