Infinite slanted side scrolling terrain generation

How would i make an infinite hill that the player could fall down forever? Sort of like a hill climb racing sort of terrain but slanted 45 degrees.

You could make the hill in chunks, remove chunks as they go away from the player, and place new chunks offscreen in front of the player. Or you could move the chunks instead of the player so the player always stays at 0,0.
