Installing Project from Asset Library Fails

Question

I’m trying to download EZ-Chess from the Asset Library. But No matter where I set my download location, I get a:
" Invalid .zip project file, it doesn’t contain a “project.godot” file" error

Any reason why this keeps happening?

the add-on is broken
kinda,
you have to make a project first ,then import it
