instanced nodes not having properties of the first node

OK i made a game where coins just keep spawning all over the place.how i did this was by creating a separate scene for the coin node and then linking it to the main scene.in the scene made for the coin i attached a script which deletes the coin when the player collects it.then i added a script to the main scene to instance this coin(which i linked earlier)randomly within a certain range of area.however when i collect the first coin(the one which i made separately) it disappears but the remaining spawned coins don’t.i thought that while instancing the coin the script wont be instanced but i was wrong.for the first coin which i had created i added a code to make the coin spin using physics process.even the instanced coins spin(which means that they follow the code.can anyone help me fix this problem,i need to be able to delete/collect the instanced coins as well
