Is it possible to replicate this anime blender shader in Godot?

Question

I have a blender shader that I made and want to try and replicate in Godot. I just started using Godot so I’m not even sure where to start on it in Godot. Having spent a few days researching YouTube tutorials and posts on here and reddit has only left me more confused, as Godot’s scripting base for shaders doesn’t make sense to me and the documentation for the spatial shader doesn’t either. My apologies as this will be a long post, but I hope if I explain myself thoroughly here that someone more knowledgeable can help me understand what I need to do and how to do it. Its quite a lot so I’d be happy to jump on a discord call if needed.

I cant post all the details here (new user) so have a look at this reddit post for the full information. If Ive managed to find a way to do it the shader will be uploaded here for anybody to use.
