Is the launcher looking in the wrong place for the asset-library?

I’ve just downloaded and run (The 64bit Linux version). When I start godot and try to open the asset library, it fails to open, with the message “Can’t connect to host:”. If I try that URL in my web browser, I get a “page not found” error.

Should this address be changed, or is there something else going on here?

api refers to the interface used to connect to the asset library (programs usually do not access a site but something else that gives the data only).

The asset library works fine on my systems, do you have something that may be blocking godot connection?
