Jitters in godot after a while (NOT ONLY GODOT 4.4)

In my godot, when I turn on MSAA or a heavy environment,
I start jitters that stop ONLY when I restart the editor.
At the same time, in HDRP Unity, with the same 70+ FPS scene.
Please help, as switching to Directx 12 did not help.
My system:
GPU: Nvidia GTX 750-TI
CPU: Intel i3-105 F
RAM: 16 GB
