Question
I wanted to add a lean(peek) system to my fps controller like in PUBG . I am unable to think of an approach. Can any one suggest me what to do ? (I am a newbie)

When you physically lean and peek what happens? If you try, you will notice that you rotate the top of your body slightly around a center which is towards the bottom of your spine.
The idea would be to do the same with your camera. Without seeing the implementation and node tree of your actual FPS controller it’s hard to say more…
