Hey everyone!
Just pushed a new update for Material Batch Apply, a free plugin that lets you batch-apply a Material to multiple MeshInstance3D nodes at once instead of doing it one by one.
What’s new in v1.1
Texture Support
• You can now pick a PNG/JPG directly and the plugin will auto-generate a material for you (Albedo Texture included) - no need to manually create a Material resource first.
New Popup UI
• The plugin now opens as a popup dialog instead of sitting as a permanent bottom dock, keeping your editor screen cleaner.
Bug Fix
• Fixed the checklist resetting unexpectedly when the scene tree changes (e.g. right after duplicating a mesh).
Here’s a quick look at it in action:

One more thing
This is going to be the last update for a while - I’m taking a short break from plugin development (real life’s been keeping me pretty busy lately). The plugin itself is stable and fully usable as-is, nothing’s left broken or half-done. Just wanted to be upfront about it in case anyone was expecting more updates soon.
Thanks for checking it out, and thanks to everyone who’s used it so far! ![]()
