Mesh has different size when starting game


I have made a door mesh I imported with collision from blender.

Size of door in editor:

But when I start the game, it is really big and not the size I set it as. The door is its own separate scene I put into the main scene. I’m pretty new to godot so I’m not sure if that is an issue or not.

This is my first forum post so I can only send one image, but is height goes back to what it is in the door.tscn scene.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
