Question

so i am trying to get it to where when the button is pressed it moves the player i little but it give me there error method expected 1 argument but called with 0
probly a really dumb question but thanks for your help

extends TextureButton

@onready var player = $"../Player"

@onready var texture_button = $"../TextureButton"


var speed = 10

func _ready(): 
	texture_button.pressed.connect(self._move)


func _button_pressed():
	#player.position.x += 1
	print("Hello world!")
	
func _move(delta):
	player.position = position.move_toward(Vector2(10,0), delta * speed) 

You need to bind a delta to it, like texture_button.pressed.connect(self._move.bind(1.0)), the signal doesn’t provide any arguments
