Missing file NativeCalls.cs

I recently got a error in my project saying that the file NativeCalls.cs cannot be opened or read.
Now whenever I start the project the debugger gets spammed full with that error.
It happened after merging with another branch on GitHub.

What is that file? What is in it? Is there a way to add it back or write a new one?
